Brett is the founding pastor of New Life Christian Church in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. Since launching in 1993, New Life has grown to be multi-site and has helped support 240 new church plants. They've also birthed Passion for Planting, which has impacted countless other church plants by providing Assessment, Training, Project Management and Coaching, and by shaping Exponential into what it is today.
Michael Carrion recruits and trains church planters in New York City. He brings 25 years of experience in urban ministry, with specific focus and gifting in urban church planting, designing and leading urban charter schools and launching national social justice movements. He is the senior and planting pastor of Promised Land Covenant Church, a missional church in the North and South Bronx.
Albo Esilaba is the Pastor of Mission and Multi-Site at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Dave Ferguson is the lead pastor of Community Christian Church, an innovative multi-site missional community that is passionate about "helping people find their way back to God." Community has grown from a few college friends to thousands every weekend meeting at eleven locations in the Chicago area and has been recognized as one of America's most influential churches.
Alan Hirsch is the founding director of 100 Movements, 5Q Collective, and Forge Mission Training Network. He has written numerous seminal books including The Forgotten Ways, The Permanent Revolution, and 5Q. Widely considered to be a thought leader in the global missional movement, Alan is known for his innovative approach to mission, church, and leadership.
Drew is a Church Planter and Pastor of Hope Church Midtown, as well as the Founding Pastor of Hope Church NYC, a family of diverse churches in NYC and the Co-Founder of the New City Network, a network of urban churches. He has spent the last 16 years living and pastoring in New York.
Keri Ladouceur has built several ministries over the last 14 years in vocational ministry including two of Outreach’s magazines fastest growing churches in America. She is currently serving as a Pastor at Vineyard Christian Church and formally served at Willow Creek Community Church as Leadership Pipeline Director, after building 90 Acts 2 Section Communities as Willow's Sections Pastor.
Mike Lee is the founding and lead pastor of Hope Community Church. He has been teaching the Bible for over 35 years in a dynamic, relevant and insightful way. His desire is that people in the Triangle and the world come to know and love Jesus and renew their minds through God’s Word. God gave him and his wife, Laura, a vision for a different kind of church, and they and six families launched Hope Community Church in 1994.
Joby Martin is the founder and lead pastor of The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2012, through an unprecedented movement of God, Pastor Joby and a team of leaders successfully launched The Church of Eleven22 out of Beach Church in Jacksonville Beach. Since this time, he has led a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ that has grown to four campuses serving over 10,000 people across fifteen weekly services, with plans to launch a fifth campus in 2019.
In response to millennials being labeled noncommittal, lazy, entitled, slacktivists, Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network with the goal to unite and train millennials to be Christ-loving, city-changing, church-investing, disciple-making local missionaries. Initiative has impacted thousands of diverse young leaders from hundreds of churches across Dallas. Grant also serves as an associate for Leadership Network and on the Board for Catalyst.
