Kenji Adachi

Kenji was born in Osaka, Japan into a non-practicing Buddhist home. God saved him at the age of 16 and called him to ministry while involved with Cru in college. He has pastored for over 15 years and help start All Peoples Community Church on September 18, 2016. Kenji is married to Christine, his college sweetheart and they have three children, Charis, Alana, and Derek.

Brett Andrews

Brett is the founding pastor of New Life Christian Church in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. Since launching in 1993 New Life has grown to be multi-site and has directly planted over 135 churches. They've also built Passion for Planting, which has impacted countless other church plants by providing free resources, project management, and by shaping Exponential into what it is today.

Léonce Crump

Léonce Crump

Léonce Crump Jr., is an author, international speaker, and the founder and senior pastor of Renovation Church in Atlanta. His unique background includes contacts from the world of professional sports and the music industry. At the University of Oklahoma, Crump was an All-American wrestler and defensive end for the Sooner football team; he went on to play professional football for the New Orleans Saints.

Dave Ferguson is the lead pastor of Community Christian Church, an innovative multi-site missional community that is passionate about "helping people find their way back to God." Community has grown from a few college friends to thousands every weekend meeting at eleven locations in the Chicago area and has been recognized as one of America's most influential churches.

Andrew Hopper

Andrew Hopper

Andrew serves as the lead pastor of Mercy Hill Church in the Triad region of NC. Mercy Hill is centered on the Gospel and has a radical commitment to the nations. The church was founded upon the belief that God can do more through us than we can ask or think. Mercy Hill is a founding church in the Summit Network and has the vision to multiply.

Drew is a Church Planter and Pastor of Hope Church Midtown, as well as the Founding Pastor of Hope Church NYC, a family of diverse churches in NYC and the Co-Founder of the New City Network, a network of urban churches. He has spent the last 16 years living and pastoring in New York.

Janet McMahon

Janet McMahon

Janet and her husband Troy are the founding pastors of Restore Community Church, a multi-site church in Kansas City. Through its focus on developing and sending leaders, Restore has been a part of planting over 40 churches and invested over a million dollars in Church planting.

Oneya Okuwobi

Oneya Okuwobi

Oneya Fennell Okuwobi is a sociologist studying race and religion at Ohio State University. She has 14 years of experience in corporate finance including roles in strategic business planning, category expansion, and organizational leadership. Oneya is co-author of The Multi-Ethnic Christian Life Primer.

Elmer Towns

Elmer Towns

Dr. Elmer Towns is a college and seminary professor, an author of popular and scholarly works (the editor of two encyclopedias), a popular seminar lecturer, and dedicated worker in Sunday school. He is co-founder of Liberty University, with Jerry Falwell, in 1971, and was the only full-time teacher in the first year of Liberty’s existence. Today, the University has over 11,400 students on campus.

Devin Turner

Devin Turner

Devin Turner is the Lead Pastor of Revolution Church in Washington, DC and CEO of Disciples Thru Media. Devin has found a way to make a difference in this world. Every week he ministers to hundreds of people through his messages and music, giving them the assurance that hope and purpose can only be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
